This page explains what the site keeps when you send an inquiry, continue a private conversation, or submit a review.
Information collected
An inquiry may include your name, email address, optional phone number, optional Instagram or LinkedIn details, requested engagement, destination, preferred dates, how you found the site, an optional photo, and the message you choose to share. Private-room messages are stored with the inquiry. Review submissions include your chosen display name, rating, title, review text, and account email for moderation.
How it is used
Information is used to review and respond to inquiries, maintain your private conversation, prevent unauthorized access, and moderate reviews. If Nia replies through the owner dashboard, the email address associated with your inquiry may receive a notice containing a link to sign in to the client room. Your email address is not shown with a published review.
Mailing-list consent
Mailing-list enrollment is optional and requires an affirmative choice. The site stores the email address, name if provided, signup source, consent time, and subscription status. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time from the unsubscribe page.
AI-assisted drafts
If the owner chooses AI-tailored drafting, limited inquiry details may be sent securely to OpenAI to prepare a private-message draft. Email addresses and uploaded photos are not included. The owner reviews and may edit every draft before sending.
Accounts and access
The client room uses secure ChatGPT sign-in. An inquiry appears only when its email address matches the signed-in account. The owner dashboard is separately restricted to the authorized owner.
Review approval
Reviews are private while awaiting moderation. Approved reviews display the chosen name, rating, review, and a Poe-inspired emblem. Declined reviews are not published.
Requests
To request correction or deletion of your inquiry, messages, or review, sign in to the client room and send a private request.
